Privacy Notice - Campus Talent Events
Purpose of collection: We collect your personal information to manage your participation in CommBank campus talent events, including registration, eligibility assessment, event communications and event logistics.
What information we collect: We collect this information directly from you through third party platforms (Prosple or Seek Grad) and the Stova registration tool.
When you register your interest, we collect personal information such as your name, contact details, university and year of completion. If you are selected to attend, we may also collect dietary requirements and residency status where required to support event logistics and eligibility checks. Participation in this event is voluntary. You may choose not to provide certain information; however, this may affect our ability to confirm your attendance or accommodate event requirements.
Use of your information
We rely on the information you provide being accurate and complete. We use your personal information only for purposes related to the event, including:
managing registrations and attendance,
assessing eligibility,
communicating with you before and after the event, and
supporting event logistics (for example, catering requirements).
We do not use your information for unrelated purposes or share it beyond what is required to deliver the event.
Disclosure of your information
Your information may be disclosed to:
service providers that support event registration and communications (such as Stova), and
event venues or catering providers, only where necessary, to accommodate dietary requirements.
Cross-Border Data Transfers: Our third-party suppliers may store or process survey data overseas. Where this occurs, contractual and organisational safeguards are in place to protect the information collected.
Sensitive information: Dietary requirements and residency status may be considered Sensitive Personal Information. This information is collected only where necessary, handled with additional care, and shared strictly on a need to know basis.
How we protect your information: We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information, including restricting access to authorised staff and applying appropriate security controls. Personal and sensitive information collected for this event will be deleted once it is no longer required for event delivery and follow up, unless retention is required by law or for audit purposes.

Terms and Conditions
By agreeing to attend this event you agree (a) that you have read and acknowledge the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) Privacy Notice and Event Attendee Terms and Conditions; and (b) CBA may send you registration, confirmation, reminder communications, and a communication giving you an opportunity to share your thoughts on the event after attending, without including an unsubscribe facility on those communications. If you wish to stop receiving communications about this event, please send an email to graduaterecruitment@cba.com.au with the subject "I wish to opt out from communications about this event.
CBA may have photographers and videographers at the event. You consent to being filmed, recorded (by sound, video, image or otherwise) and photographed as an attendee to the event, and consent to its use by CBA anywhere in the world for promotional purposes, via any media platfrom.
CBA does not take responsibility for any goods, services and other benefits you may receive in relation to the event. You acknowledge it is your responsibility to comply with your organisation's gifts & entertainment policies, and will seek further advice from your organisation regarding your attendance if necessary.
You are attending the event at your own risk. CBA is not responsible for any harm or loss unless caused by the wilful act or negligence of CBA's staff, agents or sub-contractors.
