Accommodation on the campus of the Sydney Adventist Hospital (the San) can be booked directly with the San.
All San accommodation is alcohol-free.
  • Dormitory style rooms (single room with a common bathroom in a men's or women's wing) plus simple breakfast
    supplies in a common kitchen in the old nurses' accommodation @ $55.00 for the first night and then $33 for each
    subsequent night
  • Comfortable ensuite rooms for one, two or three in Jacaranda Lodge. Simple breakfast supplies in a common
    kitchen @ $75 per night.

Reservations are direct with the San reservation team. A payment Booking Fee of $55.00 is directly charged. This Fee is 
applied to the first night’s accommodation charge. The remainder of the charges are to be pre-paid or settled as part of check-in.

The San refund policy on the Booking Fee requires notification of the cancellation 24 hours prior to the date for check-in.
When this occurs the Booking Fee will be refunded. 

Other breakfast options for delegates is visiting the San cafeteria (vegetarian) or the local coffee shops which are within walking

Special arrangements will be available with the Ibis, Thornleigh and shuttle buses will be ready to ferry delegates to the venue.
