XChange Singapore brings together pre-qualified, senior solution provider leaders for a high-value, fully hosted experience. All approved attendees receive a full-access conference pass, meals, and participation in all conference activities. Additional hosting support (travel and/or accommodation) is available only for attendees travelling from outside Singapore.

To qualify as a hosted attendee, you must meet the following criteria:

• You are a solution provider decision-maker with the title of Director or above
• You participate in at least one vendor partner programme
• You have an active website that accurately represents your business

Important:
We can only accept registrations from VARs/resellers, MSPs, MSSPs, IT solution providers, and system integrators.

If your company is a Vendor, Manufacturer, OEM (Office Equipment Manufacturer), ISV (Independent Software Vendor), Distributor, or Channel Services Provider, your complimentary hosted delegate pass will be automatically declined. The same applies if your primary target audience is MSPs, VARs, IT solution providers, or system integrators.

Hosted Attendee Benefits

For attendees travelling from outside Singapore, additional hosting support may include:

• Complimentary accommodation at the conference hotel (first night)
• Travel support, assessed on a case-by-case basis

Please Note

• Hosting is limited to one delegate per company. Additional delegates may attend but will need to cover their own travel and accommodation.
• Each individual may attend only one hosted XChange event per calendar year to ensure a diverse and balanced audience.
• Registration does not guarantee attendance.
