Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand things can change. If you can no longer attend the event, you may cancel your registrations in writing to registrations@hpce.co.nz. Here’s our cancellation and refund policy:
Over 28 days before event - Full refund
Between 28 and 15 days before the event - 50% refund
Between 0 and 14 days before the event - No refunds
By registering, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Photography and Recording Notice
Photography & recording will take place during the event. If you do not wish to be photographed, please advise the photographer directly.
