Need to register by invoice?

Payment by credit card is preferred.
To register by invoice, fill out the form, note your reference number on the payment page, and then contact FIA to request your invoice.

Early Bird registration by invoice closes on 4 December. Regular price registration by invoice will closes on 12 February. Payment terms are 7 days from date of issue of invoice.

After 12 February, all registrations will require immediate credit card payment.
