Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand things can change. If you can no longer attend the event, you may cancel your registrations in writing to info@icnzb.org.nz.

Here’s our cancellation and refund policy:

Over 28 days before event - Full refund
Between 28 and 15 days before the event - 50% refund
Between 0 and 14 days before the event - No refunds

Once a cancellation is received in writing, ICNZB shall refund your remaining fees, if any, within thirty (30) days of receipt of the cancellation notice.

Photography and Recording Notice

Photography & recording will take place during the event. An official photographer has been engaged for the conference and will be identified with an event lanyard. These photos are the sole property of ICNZB and we have the right to use them at our discretion. If you do not wish to be photographed, please advise the photographer directly.
