How will AI be a game changer for design and construction? The potential of AI is immense and, as yet, largely untapped. While the application of AI tools is currently focused on the early stages of design – visualisation, generative design and modelling – AI is set to have the greatest impact on the technical design and construction delivery stages, enhancing and streamlining workflows across the AEC industry.

This session brings together industry leaders and technology innovators from across the region and globally to explore the AI transformation—and where it will have maximum effect in the next three to five years. From intelligent automation and data-driven approaches to integrated digital ecosystems, the discussion will examine how interconnected AI solutions are reshaping the way projects are designed, coordinated, and delivered.

With a focus on practical implementation, the session will highlight real-world applications that enhance productivity and improve interdisciplinary collaboration. Attendees will gain strategic insights into how organisations can move forward to embed AI meaningfully in their workflows.
