Within 14 days prior to arrival - All rooms cancelled are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full accommodation charge for all room nights confirmed.

Full payment due on check in.

All cancellations must be received in writing.

In the case of room cancellations made between 31/05/2024 and 14/06/2024, the following fee will apply:

* If the booking is for three (3) nights or less; one (1) night fee will be charged for each cancelled accommodation room

* If the booking is for four (4) nights or more; two (2) nights fee will be charged for each cancelled accommodation room.

In the case of room cancellations made on/from 15/06/2024, 100% of accommodation will be charged for each cancelled accommodation room.
