Rehabilitation - Benefits, obligations and the return to work (RTW) process (ACT)

This course addresses employer requirements under Australian Capital Territory (ACT) legislation and helps explain vocational and occupational rehabilitation and the RTW process.  Participants complete case studies focusing on both physical and psychological injuries.

Note: Each jurisdiction in Australia has its own workers compensation scheme and legislation which is relevant to that state or territory. This course covers the workers compensation scheme and legislation in the jurisdiction it's conducted. 

Recommended for: Employers, HR professionals, workplace health and safety officers, supervisors, and managers who are responsible for managing employee health, rehabilitation, and return-to-work (RTW) processes. It is also suitable for vocational and occupational rehabilitation practitioners, case managers, and anyone involved in supporting employees with workplace injuries, both physical and psychological.
