Inclusions:

Full registration: Includes all components as detailed in the programme, including the SPERA Welcome Reception on Monday.
Student: To qualify for the student registration fee, you must be student at the time of conference.
One Day only: Includes daytime catering only, and only the Monday one day registration fee includes access to the SPERA Welcome Function.
 
Payments:

Invoice with the option to pay by direct credit.
Credit card transactions will be under the name The Conference Team and a 3% surcharge is payable. MasterCard or Visa only is accepted.
 

Privacy:
By completing this registration form, you acknowledge that the details supplied by you may be made available to the Conference Committee and accommodation providers (for the purposes of room bookings). Your details will be included in the delegate list unless you have indicated otherwise on the registration form.  This listing will include your name/organisation and city and does not include your email address.

 

Students:
To qualify for the student registration fee, you must be a student at time of conference.
 

AINSE SUPPORT FOR STUDENTS’ FLIGHTS from AINSE member organisations.
AINSE has made available funding to assist with flights to/from Christchurch in conjunction with the SPERA conference.
It is available on a first-in, first-served basis.

  • Funding is to be used for students from AINSE member organisations, for flights ONLY to and from attendance at SPERA Conference 28 Nov – 1 December 2022
  • The recipient of the funding is responsible for coordinating all student flights to the agreed funding amount;
  • AINSE will only support economy class flights, and no fully flexible fares, in order to ensure more students have the opportunity to attend the event; and
  • The applicant must ensure that funds approved are used to support travel in a fair, diverse and equitable fashion, ensuring that students from all AINSE member organisations are able to apply and that the process adopted does not exhibit favouritism or bias.
