Two written references that speak to your potential as an aspiring business leader

Please also provide a written response to the following questions: (250-500 words per question).

Describe an initiative that you have led in your workplace, celebrating diversity and inclusion and how this has benefited the business and the team.

Reflect on how your team would describe your leadership style and what your focus is for further development.
Outline how winning this scholarship would assist you to benefit your workplace, and the broader veterinary community.

Eligibility

Nominations will be accepted from any practice in Australia and the leaders of the business must be Veterinary Business Group members. Lambert Aspiring Business Leader Scholarship is also eligible for student members of the Veterinary Business Group.

Crampton Aspiring Business Leader Scholarship

An early career veterinary professional*; who is advancing in leadership in a practice management or supervisory role or HVN role clinically.

*Veterinary nurse or technician

Lambert Aspiring Business Leader Scholarship

An early career veterinarian*, or veterinary student, with an interest in veterinary business.

* Less than 3 years since graduation
