We’re running three categories in the competition:
animals
human–animal bond
veterinarians on the job
Whatever species you work on – captivating camels, spunky sheep, adorable alpacas, groovy goats – then we want to see your images.
Submission rules
Final images have to be publication-quality photographs, in crystal-clear focus, at a minimum of 2 MB or 300 DPI.
Winners will need to provide their AVA member number.
No more than 6 images per person.

Prizes
Winners and finalists will be published in the STI, displayed at the SCGV Conference in Bendigo and the owner of the winning picture will win a framed print of the front cover of STI carrying your photograph, plus fame and bragging rights!

Acknowledgement of Country
The SCGV Conference will be held on Dja Dja Wurrung and Taungurung Country.
We would like to acknowledge and extend our appreciation for the Dja Dja Wurrung and Taungurung People, the Traditional Owners of the land we will be standing on. We pay our respects to leaders and Elders past, present and future for they hold the memories, the traditions, the culture and the hopes of all Dja Dja Wurrung and Taungurung Peoples.
We express our gratitude in the sharing of this land, our sorrow for the personal, spiritual and cultural costs of that sharing and our hope that we may walk forward together in harmony and in the spirit of healing.
