Who is the Event Organiser?
Registered and based in Switzerland, HBP Milestone SA is an experienced and bespoke trading company specialising in luxury products and assets. HBC Milestone, the Australian subsidiary of HBP Milestone, owns and operates the Sydney International Watch Fair. HBC Milestone operates an experienced local team with strong distribution knowledge and expertise in the luxury field.
What is the exact location?
InterContinental Sydney Double Bay
Grand Ballroom located on Level 1 of the Hotel
33 Cross Street, Double Bay.

Accommodation can be booked directly with the Hotel, at your own cost.
Is there room to check my bags?
Yes, please see the Concierge located on ground level at the main entrance to the Hotel

When can I register?
Can I register at the venue?
You can register at the venue, however pre-registration is advised as numbers are limited and there may be a short wait time if you have not pre-booked a time slot
Do I have to pre-book a time slot?
Yes, bookings are essential and numbers are limited
Are there any age restrictions for registration?
All ages are welcome
Will there be any hospitality at the event?
Complimentary Champagne and light canapés will be offered

I booked the wrong time slot; can I change my booking?
Yes. To do this, please follow the registration modification steps in your confirmation email.
I haven’t received my confirmation email, what do I do?
Please check your junk/spam folder for the confirmation email. If it is not there, please email admin@sydneyinternationalwatchfair.com.au and we will resend the email to you.
When is the event?
Thursday 2nd November, 12.30pm to 6pm
Friday 3rd and Saturday 4th November, 10am to 5pm
