Member registration fees

Non-member registration fees

Registration fees are in Australian dollars and are exclusive of Goods & Services Tax. 

Full payment of fees is required before registration can be confirmed. Payment is to be made online when registering via credit/debit card. 

IAG Member – you may fall under any of the categories (Regular, Retired, Student, Concessional and Corporate). As part of the registration process you will need to upload a copy of your IAG Member Card. Please click here to log into your Member Jungle account, then navigate to the Memberships tab (between the emails and events tabs) where you will see your Member card. Please hover your mouse over the Member Card until you see the download button from which you can download and save your card, then upload it when requested during the registration process. For further information or to become a member, please click here. You must be a financially current member both at the time of registering and at the time of the conference in order to access member rates for the Conference. Should your membership lapse prior to the conference, the non-member rate will be charged.

* Member Student Full Conference rate is available to IAG Members who fall into the Student category.

+ Non Member Student Full Conference rate is available to current full time students. You must be a full time student both at the time of registering and at the time of the conference in order to be eligible for access to the student rate. If you are eligible, you will be required to upload a copy of your student ID at the time of registration.

REGISTRATION ENTITLEMENTS

FULL CONFERENCE registrations include:

• Attendance to all Conference sessions
• Access to attend a Living Lab Session on Wednesday 3 July
• Daily morning/afternoon tea and lunches Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
• Name badge
• Ticket to the Welcome Drinks (Monday 1 July)
• Opportunity to purchase a ticket to the Gala Dinner (Wednesday 3 July)

SINGLE DAY registrations include:

• Attendance to all Conference sessions on the selected day
• If booked for Wednesday 3 July, access to attend a Living Lab Session
• Morning/afternoon tea and lunch on the booked day
• Name badge
• Opportunity to purchase a ticket to the Gala Dinner (Wednesday 3 July)
• If booked for Monday 1 July, includes a ticket to the Welcome Drinks

WELCOME DRINKS
Tickets for the Welcome Drinks on Monday 1 July are with the Full Conference Registration. Please confirm your attendance during the registration process. If your situation changes and you need to update your attendance, please contact the Conference Office via email at iagconference2024@bkaevents.com.au. 

GALA DINNER
Tickets for the Gala Dinner on Wednesday 3 July are an additional cost of $120 ex GST for Full Conference/Single Day registrations and $100 ex GST for eligible Students. Please purchase a ticket to the Gala Dinner during the registration process. You may also purchase an additional guest ticket to this function for $120 ex GST. If your situation changes and you need to update your attendance, please contact the Conference Office via email at iagconference2024@bkaevents.com.au. Any refund requests are as per the Conference Cancellation Policy.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION EMAIL
A confirmation email will be sent to you after completing a registration form. It is advisable to check all items listed. Any changes or alterations can be made in writing to the Conference Office via email at iagconference2024@bkaevents.com.au.
