The Australian Small Animal Veterinarian (ASAV) Award for Scientific Excellence is awarded to one individual in recognition of outstanding scientific contribution to small animal veterinary medicine and/ or surgery.
To qualify, nominees must be ASAV members in good standing, with their impactful work substantially benefiting the ASAV community. The award not only honors scientific acheivement but also values mentorship, support, and leadership.
Nominations are sought for this award, and eligible applicants must be nominated by a colleague. Submissions must be received no later than Tuesday, April 30, 2024. Join us in acknowledging those who have elevated small animal medicine.

Winners should be available to attend the 2024 ASAV Conference, at the Novotel Sunshine Coast, Qld, on Wednesday 14 August 2024 to receive their award, however recipients may nominate a suitable representative (ASAV member) to accept on their behalf.
