Hotels: Any bookings cancelled after the 25 August a full cancellation will apply to the full booking.
Rego: Cancellations must be received in writing to the Conference Secretariat (E: eventsmanager@ava.com.au) by Monday 22nd September 2025. Cancellations received prior to Monday 22nd September 2025 will receive a full refund minus $150 administration fee. Cancellations after Monday 22nd September 2025 will not be refunded. Substitute delegates will be accepted.
