Flights

Flights to and from the Commonwealth Bank Global Markets Conference are at your own arrangement and cost. Should you require any assistance please contact Eventscape via email CBA_GMC@eventscape.com.au

Should you require an airport transfer to the hotel, please email Eventscape a copy of your flight itinerary for us to secure the transfer to and from your hotel. Transfers will be arranged during the conference dates only.

Alternatively, each terminal has its own sheltered taxi rank with supervisors on hand during peak times to ensure a smooth flow of taxis for travellers. For those arriving internationally, exit Arrivals Hall A and follow signs to ‘Rideshare’.

If you need assistance, kerbside supervisors can also organise taxis with large amounts of baggage.

Visas

All foreign nationals, except New Zealand passport holders, require a visa to enter Australia. It is your responsibility to obtain your visa when booking your flights. Eventscape will be collecting all flight details as proof of visa issuance.

Travel Insurance

Delegates attending the Global Markets Conference must have travel insurance as a condition of their attendance. You will be asked to provide proof of your insurance as part of your registration.

Transfer time from Sydney Airport to Hotels

Located approximately 11km from the Sydney central business district (CBD), you can expect to arrive at your hotel within 20 to 30 minutes after leaving Sydney Airport.

Flights to Melbourne, Victoria

For High Grade delegates joining Treasury Corporation of Victoria, the flight from Sydney to Melbourne will be paid for and arranged by Treasury Corporation of Victoria. These delegates will be placed in a group booking from Sydney to Melbourne on Qantas Flight QF473 on Wednesday 23rd October at 5.15pm. Upon your registration, a representative from Eventscape will contact you to confirm your flight.

Transfer from Sydney Conference to Sydney Domestic Airport

A coach transfer will be arranged from the Commonwealth Bank office to Sydney Domestic Airport on Wednesday 23rd October.

Transfer from Melbourne Domestic Airport to Hotel

A coach transfer will be arranged between Melbourne Domestic Airport and the hotel for the delegates travelling on the QF473 from Sydney to Melbourne. A representative from the TCV will meet the delegates at the airport.

TCV will arrange all transport to conference events and site visits for delegates.

Return flights home will be at the cost of the delegate.
