PRE-ARRIVAL DAY - Sunday 20 October
Sydney Harbour sunset cruise followed by a cocktail event at Manly Pavilion
Join us at Darling Harbour where we’ll dock for a sunset cocktail cruise across beautiful Sydney Harbour. Upon boarding with cocktails and canapes, enjoy the Top Deck, a generous outdoor space with incredible panoramic views of Sydney's eastern coastline.
Please board the Captain Cook cruise boat at the Convention Wharf in front of the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre (ICC) at Darling Harbour. Please arrive between 5:15pm & 5:30pm.
The Manly Pavilion is a heritage listed terrace bar and restaurant with unobstructed views over the iconic Manly Cove and Sydney Harbour. Guests will be entertained on the Waterside terrace with cocktails and canapes designed to compliment the harbour views and beach chic vibe.

Gala Dinner at Art Gallery of New South Wales
The Art Gallery of New South Wales is one of Australia’s flagship art museums and the state’s leading visual arts institution. As the state art museum, it champions artists and to serve the widest possible audience as a centre of excellence for the collection, preservation, documentation, interpretation and display of Australian and international art, and a forum for scholarship, art education and the exchange of ideas.

Hakan Harman, Chief Operating Officer, Art Gallery of NSW, Bcom (Accounting), MPAdmin, FCPA, MAICD
Hakan Harman joined the Art Gallery of New South Wales in 2018 and has played a significant role in its transformation through the Sydney Modern Project. Mr Harman has extensive senior leadership experience in both the public and private sectors, and within arts and culture. His expertise in organisational leadership includes leading change programs, corporate governance, risk, technology and facilities management. Previously, Mr Harman led Multicultural NSW as chief executive officer; prior to this, he was chief operating officer at the State Library of NSW.
