Cancellation Policy 
Cancellations must be received in writing to the Conference Secretariat at events@ava.com.au by Monday 24 February 2025.  Cancellations received prior to this date will receive a full refund minus $150 administration fee. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded. Substitute delegates will be accepted.
