Terms & Conditions:

• Full payment is required at the time of booking. Rates are priced per room per night in AUD and inclusive of GST.
• Onsite car parking is available at $20.00 per car per night, paid upon check-out
• Valid until one day prior to the event dates.
• Room types and rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. The hotel is not holding any accommodation rooms. All accommodation guests will be required to provide photo ID and a credit card upon check in
• A security bond will be charged to the card in case of incidental charges they may incur during the stay. This will be returned upon check out, providing all is in order in the room.

Cancellation Policy:

• No charge for cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellations made within 13 days of arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee for all nights booked.
• In case of no-show or non-arrival, a 100% fee will apply.
