To keep delegates safe, please don’t attend the Conference in person if you have COVID-19, cold or flu symptoms, have returned from overseas in the past 14 days or you have been in close contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 14 days.
The price of each ticket is $160.00 including GST. Payments made via credit card will require immediate payment and will incur a credit card surcharge of 2.78%. Visa and MasterCard are accepted for payment made by credit card via PayPal express checkout. Credit card transactions will appear on your statement as payment to 'This is Creative'.
Payments made via direct bank transfer are due within 7 days of the invoice date, or 14 days before the seminar you are attending, whichever comes first.
You will automatically receive a ticket confirmation which includes your tax invoice upon successful registration completion.
Ticket amendments and cancellations
All cancellations and ticket amendment requests must be sent in writing to the seminar organiser, This is Creative, via email email@example.com.
Cancellations received up to 10 business days prior to the seminar you have registered for will receive a full refund, less the credit card surcharge if you paid via credit card. If you paid via direct bank transfer, This is Creative will contact the accounts person nominated in your registration to obtain the details to make your refund.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made 9 business days or less before the seminar you have registered for, however your registration may be transferred to another person without penalty.
If your cancellation is due to an escalation in the COVID-19 pandemic and associated government restrictions meaning that the Australian Building Codes Board cannot hold the seminar you registered for, you will receive a full refund including the credit card surcharge if you paid via credit card. If you paid via direct bank transfer you will receive a full refund.
On behalf of the Australian Building Codes Board, This is Creative will obtain and record personal information necessary for your attendance at the NCC Seminars. Your personal information is obtained, recorded and used in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles and will never be shared with a third party.
