- Focus on retail sell-through of products

- Support Mitre 10 stores by creating demand, providing great service and responding to store questions within one business day

- Support Mitre 10 strategic initiatives

- Plan your business 12 months ahead with Mitre 10

- Always favour Mitre 10

Within these key criteria will be minimum measures set by Support Centre, against which Trade Partners will be ranked.
