Co-op Deals 

 

In an effort to simplify things for all involved, for this years 'Expo Co-op Deals' we request that you have one very compelling deal that drives foot traffic to your stand. Unlike the tiered pricing system from our last Expo, we will be selecting one product per exhibitor with one compelling price. This can be based on an overall MOQ if need be.

Using the previously circulated form, please submit up to three Expo Deals, however only one Expo Deal will be selected per exhibitor. These submissions are to be over and above what is available to our stores on an every-day basis. These deals should have a real wow factor and must be available exclusively at the Expo to drive engagement with our network.

Where possible, products offered for this Co-Op deal must be available for delivery to stores prior to 30 November 2021. We understand due to constraints around logistics this year this could be difficult, so if your offer will not be available for delivery prior to this date please include this information your submission email and these will be managed by exception.

Key factors in selecting these deals will include:

•          Broad appeal of product to our network and our customers

•          Value of offer to our network

•          Stock commitment required to achieve the deal

•          HSNO and/or health and safety implications of product (if applicable)

We will advise the Membership in advance what SKU your deal is for; however, they will need to visit your stand in order to find out what the pricing is. We will provide you with special technology that will capture these orders.

While these offers may be national offers, if the product and/or offer is right, there will be an opportunity to market them through our local Cluster promotions, EDM advertising or our Endcap and Snap Deal programs.

The Mitre 10 Solutions team will facilitate the collection of offers and the approval process.

We also encourage offering further deals from your stand. Any further deals you would like to offer will need to be facilitated between the exhibitor and the stores directly. Please ensure any deals are discussed with the relevant category team prior to Expo.
