Ready to Respond is being held at Rydges Latimer Christchurch, a 4.5 star hotel in central Christchurch.
We are holding rooms at Rydges Latimer Christchurch and BreakFree on Cashel. Accommodation can be booked at the same time you register for conference.  All nights must be prepaid at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION: If cancelled within 30 days of your booking, 100% cancellation fee will be charged by the hotel, unless we can on-sell your booking.
 

Rydges Latimer Christchurch

Rydges Latimer is the conference venue. Superior rooms have been planned with comfort in mind and situated on the ground and first floor, the average room size is 28sqm and holds King Bed or Twin and have the usual facilities expected of a 4.5 star hotel.

 

RATES: The following rates include breakfast for one are inclusive GST.

  • Superior Twin $230/night
  • Deluxe King $255/night
     

BreakFree on Cashel

BreakFree on Cashel is a five-minute walk to Rydges Latimer.  The hotel is bright and funky with a lot of attitude. This innovative and stylish hotel has a unique urban feel throughout and you will be impressed with the level of integrated technology.

RATES: We offer two levels of accommodation below, both are inclusive GST

  • City Urban Queen $130/night
