Conference Registration Pricing
You may have heard about the new membership model coming from 1 July 2026. We are excited to announce that Bain Fallon will be our first major conference under the new membership model.
The new membership model will feature 3 tiers of membership with all tiers providing access to all SIGs, including EVA. The conference registration categories have been updated in line with the new membership model.
The 3 tiers are:
- All Access membership – Members in this tier enjoy discounted Event Advantage registration rates, exclusive access to clinical tools and complimentary webinars access and so much more.
- Flexi Membership – Members in this tier are eligible for General Registration rates.
- Connected Membership - Members in this tier are eligible for General Registration rates.
EVA and AVA continue to support new graduates with New Graduate rates for the conference and through the new membership model they will also enjoy discounts to their membership fees from graduation through the first 5-years of practice.
This year we are partnering with the Australian New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists (ANZCVS) with ANZCVS members able to register for the conference at Event Advantage rates.
Registering for the conference before 1 July 2026 and unsure which category to choose? All EVA, AVA and ANZCVS members can register using the Event Advantage rate.
All pricing includes 10% GST for credit card payment only. Early bird closes 16 June 2026.

Carer's Pass
Delegates who require a carer in attendance will be provided a Carer Pass. Please email events@ava.com.au to request a carer’s pass for Bain Fallon.
Accompanying Guest Registration*
The Accompanying Guest registration is available for partners or companions of delegates who wish to accompany a registered delegate to the conference. The Accompanying Guest Registration does not include access to ticketed social events, sponsored breakfasts, or scientific sessions, but does include conference catering (morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea Monday to Thursday), the Sunday night welcome function, and happy hours (Monday evening and Wednesday evening). Tickets to the Tuesday Party Night and the Gala Dinner on Thursday must be purchased for an accompanying guest.
The Accompanying Guest registration is intended for guests of delegates who are not attending the conference for commercial or professional purposes.
