voco™ Kirkton Park Hunter Valley is nestled in the heart of the Hunter Valley wine region, just a two-hour drive from Sydney. Positioned on 70 acres of beautifully manicured gardens, this charming manor estate offers stunning views of rolling countryside and the majestic Brokenback Ranges. Rich in culture and boasting an array of vineyards, gourmet restaurants, and scenic landscapes, the Hunter Valley provides the perfect backdrop for hosting this premier event.

 

Check-in

Check-in time is 3:00pm. If you arrive prior to this time, there is no guarantee that your room will be ready. 

You are free to use the hotel facilities if your room is not ready.

 

Accommodation Extensions

If you are considering extending your stay at the Hunter Valley pre or post event, please indicate this in your registration. Extensions are subject to the availability of the hotels. 

Any accommodation changes will incur additional costs and must be pre-paid; these costs are at your own personal expense and will be invoiced by Eventscape or directly with each hotel. Payments must be made promptly in order to confirm your change.  Any cancellations once booked will incur 100% cancellation fees.

Getting to voco™ Kirkton Park Hunter Valley is easy and convenient, whether you're coming from near or far.

 

By Car

Located at 336 Oakey Creek Road, Pokolbin, NSW 2320, voco™ Kirkton Park is just a two-hour drive from Sydney.

Follow the M1 Pacific Motorway north, then take the exit towards Cessnock. Continue on Wine Country Drive, then turn right onto McDonalds Road and right again onto Oakey Creek Road. The hotel will be on your left.

 

By Air

You will need to arrange your own flights to the event. You can either fly to Newcastle Airport (NTL), which is approximately an 1-hour drive (60 km away), or Sydney Airport (SYD), which is about a 2-hour drive. 

We will be arranging group transfers before the event on Wednesday, 30 July and after the event on Friday, 1 August from Newcastle or Sydney Airport. Please indicate if you would like to join a transfer upon registration and we will provide you with further details closer to the event.

Public Transport

For those preferring public transport, you can take a train from Sydney to Maitland Station, then transfer to a local bus heading towards Pokolbin. What is Cultivate? 

Cultivate is CommBank's signature agri event designed to inspire and connect the next generation of Australian producers. Cultivate will provide you with the opportunity to: 

  • Engage with industry leaders on topics as diverse as technology, natural capital management, succession planning and the global supply chain outlook.

  • Discover new innovations that enhance farm productivity and operational efficiency.

  • Connect and collaborate with farmers, industry professionals, and CommBank specialists.

  • Gain knowledge on financial tools, resilience strategies, and sustainable farming approaches.

 

When and where is the event?

The event will take place from Tuesday 24 March to Wednesday 25 March at voco™ Kirkton Park, Hunter Valley.

 

What’s included as part of the event?

  • An overnight program with business sessions across Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morning.

  • One night's accommodation (Tuesday) including breakfast.

  • All group meals and beverages.

  • Departure transfers to Sydney or Newcastle airport on Wednesday 25 March.

 

What’s not included?

  • Flights and transport to and from your local airport.

  • Arrival airport transfers to the venue.

  • Additional nights of accommodation beyond the event.

  • Any incidental expenses and additional food and beverages during your stay.

 

What evening events are planned?

Join us on Tuesday evening for for a hosted dinner, providing an opportunity to connect with peers and industry partners, reflect on the afternoon's conference discussions and continue conversations in a relaxed setting. This event will be hosted on Tuesday 24 March from 6:30pm.
