AVA Conference Poster Competition 2025 - closing date extended to midnight, Saturday 19 April 2025

Introduction

The 2025 AVA Conference will be held at the International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC Sydney) 12-15 May 2025. The 2025 Conference theme is 'Cutting Through'. A lineup of international and local experts in surgery and cutting-edge veterinary medicine will help bring this topical theme to life. 

This year in collaboration with the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists AVA will be running a Research Day on Monday 12 May 2025. The AVA Conference Program Committee is accepting abstracts to present research as part of the AVA Conference Research Day. The abstracts can be recent research, clinical projects, or a case series or individual case report involving any aspect of veterinary science.

AVA will also be holding its ever-popular Research Poster Competition providing and opportunity for veterinarians and researchers to gain recognition for their research or clinical work.

We are delighted that you are interested in being part of this year's conference. This portal allows you to submit either an abstract for the Research presentations or an image of your poster. Both options offer opportunities to compete for cash prizes.
