Room information

Registration includes three nights’ accommodation and delegate’s breakfast at The Langham, Gold Coast for the nights of Tuesday 5 May, Wednesday 6 May and Thursday 7 May 2026.

Accommodation will be provided in the Run of House category - either Superior Room or One Bedroom Hinterland Residences with 1 x King or 2 x Queen beds. 

Booking your accommodation

If you would like to extend your stay, please indicate by adjusting the dates during registration and commenting with more information.

The following conference room rate are available for three days pre & three days post-event stays:

• Run of House Superior & One Bedroom Hinterland Residences
  $345 per night including 1 x breakfast (additional breakfast available at exclusive rate of $35 per person if specified at time of booking)

For upgrades and other room types, please note your request during registration or via email and our event manager will come back to you to confirm availability and rates prior to confirming your booking.

We recommend you request any pre and post stays as early as possible to avoid disappointment. All extension accommodation is subject to availability at the time of registration and is not confirmed until payment is completed in full. Our accommodation coordinator will be in contact with you to confirm your pre / post accommodation and request payment.

SELF PARKING

Self-parking in the hotel underground car park is currently available free of charge. Enter the car park via Old Burleigh Road and press the button on the intercom, a team member will let you in. Proceed through the B1 gates to park.
