SAFA will fund and arrange accommodation in Adelaide for approved international High-Grade delegates on Wednesday (21 October 2026) and Thursday (22 October 2026) nights.

Flights to Adelaide, South Australia
SAFA will fund and arrange flights for approved international High-Grade delegates travelling from Sydney to Adelaide on the afternoon of Wednesday 21 October.
Upon your registration, a representative will contact you to confirm your flight.
Transfers from Sydney conference to Sydney Domestic Airport
A coach will be available to transfer delegates from the Commonwealth Bank office to Sydney Domestic Airport on Wednesday 21 October.
Transfers from Adelaide Domestic Airport to the Oval hotel
A coach will be provided to transport delegates from Adelaide Domestic Airport to the Oval Hotel.

By registering for or attending the Conference you agree to the following terms and conditions including the Privacy Collection Notice and the Photography and Video Consent set out in this document.
This document applies with respect to the 2026 CBA Global Markets Conference hosted in Adelaide (“Conference”). References to “SAFA”, “we” or “us” in this document mean the South Australian Government Financing Authority.
Registration for the Conference is personal to the invited delegate and is not transferable unless we otherwise agree. We may refuse a registration of entry to the Conference if needed, and may make changes to the program, speakers, venue, format or timing where reasonably required. We expect all delegates to behave respectfully, inclusively and professionally. We may ask someone to leave if their behaviour is inappropriate or disruptive.
Attendance at the Conference is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage suffered by any person in connection with the Conference. We do not accept liability for any loss arising from the cancellation, postponement or variation of the Conference or any associated events.
Please note that SAFA is not responsible for any goods, services or other benefits provided by third parties to you in connection with the Conference.
Privacy Collection Notice
We use your personal information in accordance with the Government of South Australia’s information privacy principles (“IPPs”), a copy of which can be found within the DPC circulars. We will endeavour collect information directly from you. Where this is not possible, your consent will be sought before collecting your personal information from a third party where practicable. If it is not practicable to obtain your consent, we will adhere to the IPPs.
The types of personal information that we collect about you in connection with the Conference may include identification data – such as your name, position title and organisation that you work for; and contact data – such as your email. Such information will be used for the purposes for which it is collected, including to:
- register and manage your attendance at the Conference;
- communicate with you about the Conference, including updates, changes, reminders during the Conference and post event information;
- administer, plan and deliver the Conference and related activities;
- facilitate your requirements in relation to the Conference, including accessibility, dietary, travel, accommodation or other support requests;
- compile, analyse and report on Conference participation statistics (using de identified information where practicable);
- plan, develop and improve future conferences and events of a similar nature; and
- comply with our legal, regulatory and reporting obligations.
We may also use your personal information to contact you about future events and information about SAFA’s activities that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving such communications at any time by contacting us.
Photography and video consent
A photographer and videographer will be capturing content throughout the Conference. We may use photos and footage (“Media”) in accordance with the IPPs, in online/digital marketing regarding the Conference and/or reports or other publications by SAFA relating to activities undertaken by SAFA or the South Australian Government. By attending you consent to the use of your Media solely for these purposes. If you have any concerns about the use of your Media or wish to withdraw your consent, please contact us.
