All travel to and from Australia is at the delegate’s own cost, unless otherwise specified.

Transfers in Sydney

Sydney Airport is located approximately 11 kilometres from the Sydney central business district. Travel time to Darling Harbour hotels is typically 20 to 30 minutes, depending on traffic.

Taxis and rideshare services are readily available from all terminals at Sydney Airport.

Visas

All foreign nationals, except New Zealand passport holders, require a valid visa to enter Australia. It is the delegate’s responsibility to obtain the appropriate visa when booking flights.

An official Commonwealth Bank letter of introduction and invitation is available on request. Please contact your Commonwealth Bank Sales Representative or Relationship Manager if required.

Travel Insurance

Delegates are strongly advised to ensure they have appropriate travel insurance in place prior to travelling to the Global Markets Conference. This should include cover for medical emergencies, trip cancellations, loss or theft of personal baggage, and other travel‑related risks.

Transfers to Site Tours and Social Events

Private coach transfers will be provided for scheduled site tours and official social events, including the Sunset Welcome Party and the Global Markets Conference Dinner.

Adelaide Travel 

For select High Grade delegates joining the South Australian Government Financing Authority (SAFA) program, flights from Sydney to Adelaide will be arranged and paid for by SAFA.

Eligible delegates will be booked on a group flight on Wednesday afternoon.

Personal details required for flight bookings will be collected during registration.

Coach transfers will be arranged:

• From the Sydney conference venue to Sydney Domestic Airport on Wednesday 21 October.
• From Adelaide Airport to the hotel for delegates travelling on the group flight.

SAFA will arrange all transport for conference events and site visits in Adelaide.

SAFA will arrange and fund accommodation for approved international High Grade delegates travelling from Sydney to Adelaide.

Eligible delegates will be booked on a group flight:*

• Qantas QF741
• Wednesday 21 October
• Departing Sydney at 4:45pm

Upon your registration, a representative will contact you to confirm your flight.

For Corporate Issuers and Investors roadshowing in Adelaide, flights from Sydney to Adelaide are to be arranged at the delegate’s own cost.
