Frequently Asked Questions
 

Q:    Can I choose a specific delivery time?
A:    Only delivery date can be selected (21, 22 or 23 Dec [Mon/Tues/Wed]). Deliveries will be completed between 1pm-6pm on the selected date.

Q:    Can I order more than one hamper? 
A :   Yes. Once you complete all the selections for a hamper, you will have the option to add another hamper. Click "yes" to place another order for a different delivery address.

Q    What if no one is home to receive the hamper ? 
A    We can reschedule delivery with the recipient for an additional charge of $15 nett.
      Change of delivery address after order is submitted is also possible for an additional charge of $15 nett.

Q    Can I add a message to the recipient?
A    Yes. We have specially printed message cards that we can handwrite your personal message on and place in the hamper.

Q    Can I add more items into the hamper?
A    Yes. You may select items from the list of our optional add-on. 

Q   Can I donate more to Majulah Movement? Is there a minimum amount?
A    Yes, you can top up donations to Majulah Movement as an optional add-on to each hamper. There is no minimum amount for top up. Any amount is appreciated.

Q    Does the food need to be refrigerated?
A    Yes, there are items that need to be refrigerated and consumed withing a certain period of time. This information will be printed on the menu card that will be delivered with the hampers.

Q   When I come to the payment, there is additional charge. What is this?
A    This is the booking fee and credit card transaction fee which we charge for each payment.

Q    Can I cancel my order?
A     Cancellation is not possible after order is confirmed and payment is processed.
