The Lecture Only package does not include tickets to the Tuesday Party Night or Gala Dinner. Tickets for these events can be purchased online in addition to your Lecture Only package. If you are an EVA Young Member and register with this package, you will have the option to attend the Young Members Dinner, free of charge.

 

Day Registration

INCLUDES:
  • Access to the full Bain Fallon program on day/s registered. If registered on the Wednesday or Thursday, includes the ANZCVS Equine Science Week Stream

Day Registrations do not include tickets to the Tuesday Party Night or the Gala Dinner. Tickets for these events can be purchased online in addition to your Day Registration/s.

 

Group Registration

We offer the following group discounts for AVA members.

  • Register 5 - 10 staff and receive a 5% discount.
  • Register 11 - 50 staff and receive a 10% discount.
  • Register 51 - 199 staff and receive a 15% discount.
  • Register over 200 staff and receive a 20% discount. 

To access this discount, you need to comply with the following: 

  • All attendees need to be an AVA member and from the same team/practice.
  • Register all your attendees at once in a group booking.
  • Payment for the group booking needs to be taken in one credit card transaction.

Carer's Pass

Delegates who require a carer in attendance will be provided a Carer Pass. Please email events@ava.com.au to request a carer’s pass for Bain Fallon.

 

Accompanying Guest Registration*

The Accompanying Guest registration is available for partners or companions of delegates who wish to accompany a registered delegate to the conference. The Accompanying Guest Registration does not include access to ticketed social events, sponsored breakfasts, or scientific sessions, but does include conference catering (morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea Monday to Thursday), the Sunday night welcome function, and happy hours (Monday evening and Wednesday evening). Tickets to the Tuesday Party Night and the Gala Dinner on Thursday must be purchased for an accompanying guest.

The Accompanying Guest registration is intended for guests of delegates who are not attending the conference for commercial or professional purposes.

International Delegates - EVA Member Rate Eligibility

International delegates who are financial members of the New Zealand Equine Veterinary Association (NZEVA), British Equine Veterinary Association (BEVA), American Association of Equine Practitioners (AAEP)and the South African Equine Veterinary Association (SAEVA) can attend Bain Fallon at EVA member rates. All international delegates must reside in an overseas country and are required to supply their membership association and membership number at the time of registering. 

 

International Delegates - AVA Member Rate Eligibility

International delegates who are members of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), British Veterinary Association (BVA), Canadian Veterinary Medical Association (CVMA), New Zealand Veterinary Association (NZVA) or South African Veterinary Association (SAVA) can attend the Bain Fallon at AVA member rates. All international delegates must reside in an overseas country and are required to supply their membership association and membership number at the time of registering.
